CHRISTMAS MENU TASTING DAY

Today the wonderful Jason from Apetito visited today to showcase the new winter menu and Christmas dishes. As you can see from the pictures and menu there were some lovely dishes available. The venison pie got a definite thumbs up and will be a welcomed addition to our usual menu with the colder darker nights approaching now, we all need some comfort food in the winter. The new vegetarian and vegan dishes were a favourite of mine and were very tasty and the hot chocolate brownie was to die for! The residents loved the new dishes as did the staff and everyone had a personal favourite which we will add to the menu over the next coming month.
