Appreciating staff shouldn't be confined to just one day a year; it should be a continuous effort. At Ashfield House, we truly value everyone's contributions. Sarah initiated the staff tuck box for those times when a chocolate or sugar boost is needed, and it is often refilled and quickly emptied! We celebrate staff birthdays no matter the age, organize impromptu lunch gatherings, and send pizzas to night staff during their breaks. We also offer cakes and pastries for treat days, along with Easter eggs and Christmas gifts. Special recognition is given to those who go the extra mile, sometimes simply for deserving a special mention. This year, Michelle and Mary were recognized for their dedication and hard work in ensuring that your loved ones receive the finest care at Ashfield House, and we hope this continues.
